Not specifically for this year but my all time favourite has to be "Jerricho Grabbed My Crotchery"
Last year I had "Peterson's Daycare"...small twist when everyone with "Adrian Beaterson"
Two years ago, my championship winning team was named "Cooper Clux Clan"
...still waiting for a good story line to play out to come up with one for this year

I love clever fantasy team names... but I find football names don't have the ZING that hockey names can generate.
I've always preferred a new team name every year to feature one player from the team you draft.
My five teams in the Dobber Tier I league:
2011 Bush Party - owned both Reggie & Michael
2012 Discount Doublecheck - drafted Aaron Rodgers
2013 Marsh of da Pengwins - 1st rounder: Marshawn Lynch
2014 Orange Julius - 3rd rounder: Julius Thomas, Broncos
2015 Odell-Ay-He-Hoo - 1st/2nd rounder: Odell Beckham Jr.

I tend to choose a name that incorporates a horror film and a player.
Recently I've used Carnival of Sproles, but will try to think of one with one of my players post-draft.

Honey Funchess of Oats.

Though the emphasis on the syllables of Eifert needs to be switched up. (My theory on a good team name, if you have to read it twice, its too difficult).
What would be great would be to draft both Funchess and Coates and use Honey Funchess of Coates.
