This is a great site to learn from. What you do with the information is your choice.
If either GM chewed you out when you cancelled, don't take it personally, they had their opportunity to pull the trigger and
complete the trade, instead it appeared they kept having you add to the deal. A greedy GM has no reason to complain when his trading partner comes to their senses and walks away.
Good job walking away.
Now sit back and let them come to you with a firm offer you can accept or reject.
