Think Scheifele will outpoint Ebs by about 10-12 this season and is the cheaper option. He gets my vote.

I prefer Scheifele...I believe he will outpoint Eberle and he's younger and cheaper. And since your league only uses "forwards", he gets my vote here.

Give me Scheifele. Think he'll score a little more than Eberle and he's cheaper too

Wow, in checking out Eberle's DB, in his last 10 years playing hockey, he's played in a grand total of 11 playoff games, and those were over his first two seasons in the WHL. I know he's played in plenty of international games, it was just a surprising (to me) little nugget.

I'm not certain that Scheifele wins this so convincingly, as I expect Eberle to cash in on the talent around him (not that he doesn't offer any himself), but I'd probably still go with Scheifele.

That's what happens when you go to Edmonton. Crazy to think he only played in 11 minor league playoff games though

I don't think anyone thinks it is a 20+ swing but Eberle seems to be stuck in that second gear where we all see flashes of him showing how good he could be for a season whereas Scheifele has gradually trended up (amd is a firm favourite in the boards at the moment) hence its not close re who chooses who
