Non-PPR league, I can keep one of these two as my last keeper.
I read that Hue sees Duke as a 3-down back. On top of that, Crowell didn't help himself out this week with his actions on social media.
As for Ivory, they paid him top dollars and tehy don't seem to have faith in TJ Yeldon too much.
Tough call... What's your take on this?
Signing Ivory doesn't just hand the reigns over to him to be a 3-down back. Yeldon will still get plenty of work. I roll with Duke.
Duke. Ivory is a decent grinder (think Carlos Hyde) but he's not even a reliable goal line back.
@SmittysRant
Even though this is a non ppr, I still go Duke. His combined yardage should make him a decent option most weeks.
I like Duke as well.
Duke for me as well. Could be the only positive out of Cleveland all year.
Bit of a Duke homer going back to the start of last year though so I may be biased here.....ticks me off that he is getting on all the 'top breakout' lists this year ;]
13 team Roto keeper league 12 F, 6D, 2G, G,A,+/-, PIMS, Hits, TOI(D), GAA, SV%, (Forwards are forwards, no distinction between L,R,C)
F) Ovechkin, Stamkos, Kunitz, Parise, Byfuglien, Backstrom, Little, Gaudreau, Hudler, Brassard, Girgensons, Nelson
D) S. Weber, Phaneuf, Subban, Carlson, Josi, Vatanen
G) Rask, Jones
So tough!
Duke and Cleveland could be playing from behind a lot and forced to through. And now RGIII is there and he likes to try and run the ball as well.
Ivory has a lot of competition for touches... Yeldon out of the backfield, Robinson, Hurns and Thomas as targets.
In a situation like this I always go with the guy who had a better year the prior year.
