If you honestly believe he will become a top 10 center, why not wait until he gets a little closer to that level...I'm sure you can draft anthan....in a late round since no one else seems to have him on their radar.
I have Huberdeau and I wouldn't trade him away, I think he has the ability to take another step this year. If you use him to trade for Doughty then maybe, but I still like Hubs better than Doughty...with my league cats.

He is not close to be what Huberdeau is and will be with Barkov...
We havent seen what Barkov will be I think and Huberdeau will be with him for the next 8-10 years.
