These are dynasty cap leagues with* 23 Yahoo & 25 minors roster limit.* Minors are for prospects only with an age limit of 25 and games played 140 skaters/90 Goalies.
Cap in both is $102,200,000 using NHL salaries per General Fanager.

The rosters are managed via Yahoo as you said, and the websites linked have league roster pages in a custom database combined with the forums.
You must update the roster page as you make changes, which is where salaries are tracked. As you make changes in yahoo you must update the database as well.

Sorry, on my phone.
The leagues are fairly active and free, and once we have filled the teams a draft check in will start and once everyone reports the draft will start.

Makes sense. Would you mind if I got back to you in a bit. I have one or two leagues that I'm not sure will be running this year, so I may have some interest. Don't hold a spot for me though if someone else comes along with interest.
