This rumor again. I'll believe it when I see it. As far as it being a blow to the Stars, not really. Look how he performed last season and how the team as a whole performed. They'll weather it just fine and if he does go the Stars still hold his exclusive rights.
And who knows, maybe a year or two in the KHL will get him pointed back in the right direction.

I agree. Never bought into the massive hype. To me, his legit upside was always JVR if he reached it. The injuries early on were a main concern of mine as well.
