I\'m going to be in an ESPN pool this year and I\'d like to take advantage of guys who might be listed as d men but are actually playing forward some or all of the time. Byfuglien comes to mind from last year. Please list players that will most likely be rated D, but playing F.

Also we are trying out ESPN this year as we made the jump to Yahoo last year and really didn\'t like it. Anyone heard anything about ESPN? Their football pools run really smoothly...

Those guys are very rare. Streit was one of them last year, but one of the reasons why he signed with the Islanders is that they\'ve promised him to only play him on defense.

I can think of two other possible guys but none of them should be very relevant in fantasy. Christoph Schubert in Ottawa and Mathieu Dandenault in Montreal.

Brent Burns could be another, although its not very likely... he was a forward when he was younger, and the wild did bring in two veteran d-men this off-season, not to mention the fact that the wild\'s depth at the forward position is brutal this year...

True, but I think Burns had some surgery? correct me if I am wrong. He will be the QB there for a long time.
