I'm not sure this trade makes much sense for Toronto, however
I KNOW this trade doesn't make any sense for Pittsburgh. It just gives them more of what they already have, forwards. Unless you're combining this with Pittsburgh trading Malkin for Subban, they have no use for Kadri, a player who it's pretty well documented Crosby HATES. I don't think Rutherford would disrupt the dressing room chemistry like that.

I have no idea if this is going to happen or not but it's so much fun seeing everyone swoon over the potential Leafs pickups this summer. The reality is likely to be pretty disappointing for people.
