Keeper Goalies

Hey, it's coming up towards the end of the season in my keeper and I have a goalie dilemma for next year, I currently have Jake Allen, Johm Gibson and Roberto Luongo as goalies and can keep two for next season. I've been asked if I want to trade for Fleury but would send Gibson the other way.

I want to keep Allen as I'm pretty high on him but I don't know how much longer he will be in a time share for starter. Luongo has decent enough stats but I figured I'd seek some input for keeper status!

Out of the four. What would you do?

I would trade Gibson for Fleury in a heartbeat, and then I would keep Fleury and Luongo. Worry about trading Luongo 12-24 months from now to get younger, but he's still a top goalie. Take the proven goalies who have nobody to challenge them and have no issues getting injured a lot

I am in complete agreement with Dobber here. MAF is a sure thing while Gibson is a very high upside player who is not without risk - both via competition and potential injury. And Luongo is old, but he could play another 2-5 years at a high level. Just depends on how long his body holds together. The Panthers look like they are going to be very good going forward. I would feel very confident moving forward with a MAF/Luongo pairing. Much moreso than a Gibson/Allen pairing, even though those guys are younger and more exciting from an upside standpoint.
