Personally I prefer Gibson over Bishop for long term. Both are on a good team but Gibson is younger and have more pedigree than Bishop. Also, TB got some good goaltending behind Bishop so there's always that small threat...
Had a GM ask about Gibson and Bishop came up as a possible trade for him. Not sure if it'd be straight up, but close. Long term who do you want? First league in Sig.

I think it's a toss up really. Both should be great goaltenders in the future.

This is Bishop for me by a large gap. He's the #1 on a team that will only be shifting to more defensively responsibility with Stamko's exit and Hedman's takeover of the star of their team.
Gibson hasn't been able to shake Andersen as the #1 in Anaheim. Both Anaheim tenders are bandaid boys, and neither could be depended on solo by any sort of sane GM. Andersen is the 1A this past month, with 8 wins 1.96GAA and .929 sv%
That gap a potential to close, or even grow, this off season. That is, Anaheim could make a decision to ship Andersen out as hes an RFA (or Gibson), or maybe TB makes a move to capitalize on Bishop's value as hes an UFA after next year.
