Just some good players who will more than likely exceed their ADP. No specific order, but just a heads up on some decent guys who are buried deep in the rankings. I get to some more obvious ones near the end of the list tho (Travis, Conforto, Darvish).

    Alex Cobb – 390
    Julio Urias – 422
    Zack Wheeler – 420

Also a heads up on Lewis Brinson, Dansby Swanson, Brandon Rogers, Alex Bregman, and Justin Bour.
Justin Bour could be a 20HR guy, hit 260/OPS800. 60-70RBIs. That’s not great, but for his ADP, he’s a decent backup 1B with some decent potential.

His “Pre-season” ranking is 400+. So you can snag him with a pick-up at the beginning of the yr.

I have a feeling Travis will be a huge BAB and so I won't touch him. I can't believe Darvish is that low, WTF?
re: Castellanos...tell me about him. Why this year? What to expect?

Re: Darvish. Could that be because he's not due to return from TJ recovery until May/June, and it's not guaranteed he'll be full strength/production for a little while? Assuming that's still the target, I don't see anything wrong with that ranking.

Wondering what makes you think Ozuna would be a good sleeper? He first needs to prove to me that he can hit a fly ball.. Just like Yelich....

I think Delino DeShields is a pretty decent late round flyer. He will/should bat leadoff..

    Nick Castellanos –
    In August:
    26/91 (286), 6runs, 6doubles, 2triples, 5HR, 15RBI, 22ks 286/340/560/900 (avg/OBP/SLG/OPS)
    In September:
    29/95 (305), 9runs, 12doubles, 9RBIs, 29ks, 305/330/432/762

Every month he had an upward tick in stats pretty much. He just seemed to keep getting better all yr; gained confidence, figured it out, or just got better. For his Pre-Season Rank (429), he could be a good WW pick up early in the season, or your last round pick. Yahoo has his Projected ranking to finish at 197. 61R, 17HR, 85RBI, 1SB, 268Avg, 763OPS. That’s not too bad for a guy who will be owned by roughly 20% of leagues.

    Darvish –
Jose Fernandez came back in June/July (can’t remember) and he was Pre-Season Ranked in the 150s I think. Darvish is coming back earlier, but he’s not as good obviously. Yu Darvish is PSR 140, so people are picking him earlier than his ranking because they’ll take that chance. But ya he won’t be pitching till May/June. People have the confidence in him to get back to “good form” this yr. Honestly I haven’t researched much on him because I know the owner in our league is keeping him.

    Ozuna –
PSR of 432. Could hit 270, 20HR (more likely 17, but 3 off, it’s close enough where he could hit 20). If he’s learned to cut back on his Ks, he could be a good depth OF for deeper teams. He also hit 300 in September+October.

Not every sleeper is a PSR 400, turns out to be top 10 in the league. But the biggest homerun sleepers would be Darvish, Conforto, Buxton, Pederson, Franco, Soler, Rodon, and Buxton.

But a guy like Travis, you could draft with your last pick, then put him on your IR and pick someone else up. Free draft pick almost.

    James Paxton - 514

Perhaps another sleeper if he gets into the rotation full time (apparently there's competition for the 4/5 slots)

Paxton needs to throw his faceball up in the zone more. Hopefully he does that and he’ll have a faseball on the same level as some of the better aces out there. He works a high fastball more, and improves his changeup; he could get to 1k/IP kind of player.

I like Paxton, but he needs to adjust some things, but his raw talent suggests he could be a solid fantasy pitcher.

Another guy I thought of for a good last round pick. Jared Eickhoff PSR of 260, undrafted usually) http://sports.yahoo.com/mlb/players/10049/

Final 4 games of the yr, threw 7IP each game, 33Ks, only 17hits, and 3earned runs (held the hot Mets to 0runs). Wins may not come being a Philly, but man he looks like he has the stuff to be a solid pitcher. 6’4”, 240lbs is a solid build for a pitcher too.
