    With a younger team like this I would keep the two younger guys who could still reach or surpass their potential, and keep Schultz and Pulkkinen.

    Pulkinnen is the easy choice. I don't think you want either Perron or Shultz to be honest. I would be looking at who has the greater value right now and for the balance of the season my choice would be Perron. From what I can see, poolies are jumping off the Shultz wagon fast and furious, he has been dropped in many leagues and with good reason. I see very little value there. I'd hope that the Pens and Perron turn things around and hope he gets on a run and then shop him as hard as you can. I seriously doubt Shultz will provide you with that opportunity. Good Luck.
