Heard that the Habs and Philly could have an agreement that would send Simmonds to Montreal by the end of December....roster freeze until December 27th would be the only reason the deal isn't announced yet....
Don't know who would be going to Philly....maybe Eller and Tinordi....

Haven't considered the Habs side really but for the Flyers it wouldn't make much sense unless a few promising young forward were the return similar to the Richards/Carter deals.

Totally agree with you. Simmonds is a key guy in Philadelphia. He does it all for them and yes, they have 4 young defenceman that are probably better than what is rumored to come back. Well, it is Christmas and there are no games until Saturday so these guys need something to do. He probably dreamt it.
