Found this interesting. No idea if people had heard this before.
Apparently, when Pronger wanted out of Edmonton, Toronto was interested. But Edmonton wanted Steen, Kaberle and a high draft pick. Toronto said no.

If anyone wanted to know, Kaberle had 58pts in 74games and 53pts in 82games the next two yrs before tapering off.
Steen was coupled with Colaiacovo for Lee Stempniak in September of 2009

I think it was the other way around. I think the Leafs offered it but Edmonton didn't take it
