Lately, recovery time has been one game for NHLers. Not concerning, and it would only cost him a game in which he wouldn't score anyway. This is probably a good thing for fantasy - forces him to take a step back, and then return on a mission.

Ryan Getzlaf will not be in the lineup Tuesday night due to appendicitis.
He has returned to Orange County to have an appendectomy on Wednesday. Getzlaf has been dealing with the issue for a while and will miss approximately four-to-12 days after the procedure.
