I'd do this deal in a heartbeat. You get the best player (Stamkos) in what I assume is a limited keeper league.

How deep is the league? Full keeper or limited keeper?

In most leagues you take Stamkos here, but in a full keeper extra deep league, I might consider the deal (in my second team in sig, I would).

For me this comes down to Stamkos and his pending salary. Are you prepared to take on close to $10M in a cap hit for him because that's what's probably coming in his new contract.

The reason why this GM is even shopping Stamkos is because he knows he probably cannot afford his new deal.

In a no cap league, this is a no brainer. In a cap league, this deal (and any trade for Stamkos) because a bit more complicated due to the pending raise. If you have the cap space for him and this won't screw you and your teams cap, then by all means, this is a win for you. If you don't think you can do it and this is going to put you over the cap, I'd probably pass or look for another type of offer that sees you moving enough cap back to make room.
