Lehner has had a terrible year with injuries, but I'm not writing him off. Too much talent there. The good news is that the price to acquire Lehner will never be lower than now.

I do think it's way too early in his career to give up on him. He's still young enough to have a very solid and productive career, if you are willing to be patient with him.

Ugh, I let Craig Anderson and Hammond go in my league for salary reasons because I figured Freddie Andersen, Lehner, and Darling would be fine in a start 1 weekly. I am now screwed if Andersen gets hurt.

I wonder if they will try to make a move to at least land another backup-caliber goalie to platoon with Johnson until Lehner returns. I don't think any of their current prospects have enough skill/experience to steal any games for the Sabres should they get the call.
