For the second team in my sig, one of the guys has been bugging me to post his roster and see what the community thinks. Instead I decided to post all rosters and not tell you which one is his. A top 5 would be perfect instead of ranking all 22 teams.

This is a big task but kinda fun. Hopefully I can spend more time to look at it later.

But after a few minutes now, I see a couple of things. First thing I look at is goaltending, but the teams with the best goaltending are weaker up top (1,2,6). And the team with the best skaters has weak goaltending. However, i see that only one G is dressed and it's a points pool so just 1/19th of your roster is taken up by the player.

So the best team here is Team 4, with Backstrom, Johnson, Ovy and Malkin. To go deeper, I'll have to return with more time

I didn't look through very extensively so I may have missed some but here's my best shot at a top 5:

1. Team 4 - Ovi & Backstrom. TJ. Malkin. Schneider gets a ton of games.
2. Team 8 - stacked up front, but that's about it. Should be enough in this deep of a league, though.
3. Team 16
4. Team 17
5. Team 10

I don't know. I could be totally wrong. That's a ton to look at....Would be nice if you sorted the players loosely on caliber. Hard when some teams have guys like Tarasenko buried down in the middle of the lineup. But hey, that would be a TON of work for you.

I need more time as well but this is a cool exercise. What a deep league.

I looked at goaltending first and 12 and 6 both caught my eye.

Looking a little further: 8, 4, 15 are actually really good too.

Sleepers: 11, 14, 16

Worst: 18

Great post, love this idea. If you don't mind, I'll do the same for my league in a separate post (would love everybody's input as well!).

For me, teams 4, 8, 15, 19 and 21 are the top 5 teams in no particular order. Other close considerations are 6, 16 and 22.
