Stone vs Nichushkin
For the 2nd team in my sig I've been offered Stone for Nichushkin. Roster looks like this:

Nichushkin has so far to go just to get to Stone's level. I wouldn't bet that much on potential. Go with Stone.

I think I would take Stone too. Hardly proven, but so far, Stone has a great campaign, and Nichu has none and a bunch of injuries. Go with the guy who already showed he's doing it right at the NHL level.

I'd take Stone as well. He doesn't have the pedigree, but he's shown a lot more.
I also think that there's a lot of pressure to win now in Dallas and Nich may end up being relegated to a marginal role (à la Drouin) if he doesn't hit the ground running.

Agreed, but why possibly rule out going to that well again!? If you outright win most of your deals handily, most guys will avoid making deals with you because they are afraid of getting burned. I've lived it. If a guy offers me what I consider a fair deal and I like what I'm getting in return, most of the time I'll accept instead of trying to milk the most out of the deal. Make him think that you are easy to deal with and he'll come back for more at some point. Be difficult and he may just go somewhere else when he wants some trade action. I use the same reasoning on my girlfriends. Sixty percent of the time it works every time.
