I have a draft in a league that counts return yardage (same as rushing or receiving). Who should I target? Which receivers also return kicks/punts nowadays?

Landry in MIA was returning last year, he comes first to mind. The usage for special teams tends to change a year to year, so I wouldn't go out of my way to grab anyone. Someone like Patterson in MIN might make sense as a late round flyer. Hayne in SF ( a rugby guy) is getting some buzz. Better to monitor the early season usage and see who has value.
I heard that Gio Bernard was going to be the main returner. However, he might lose a lot of snaps to J. Hill. So if he isn't going to play much other than special teams I would stay away from him.
Obvious choices to me include Sproles & Landry...moreso Landry since he is an every down player.
If you really want to pony up the dough, Brown would be the #1 choice...though I'm not Pittsburgh could stop a 1-legged horse so they may not get punted to too often.
