It's going to be really, really, REALLY difficult to knock him off.
We need a few more Raggers to get injured so the Rag goalies can start getting shelled.

Yeah I needed that as well. It's getting a bit closer with his ratios so should be an interesting second half of the season. My team can't afford to slump...nudge nudge...Getzlaf (getting there) and Perry...hello?

Yeah, getting killed on goaltending lately, GAA went up about .20 and SV% down 0.07 in just three weeks. Also lost some ground on SVS/GP and W/GP too. Still leading or near the top though, but my team doesn't have that extra buffer anymore and another month of sucking would cause a significant loss of points in goalie categories. I have improved slightly on skater categories though, but still pretty much tied with Hanzal and Getzel at the moment when you account for the GP usage differences.

Thanks for posting an update! I'm really trying to selectively bring my GP down, but it's tough to sit a guy and watch him have a big game while sitting on your bench! Almost at the halfway point. We should be in for a great finish (Finnish...for temek!).

It's crazy that the league has four teams that pulled away.
Last year, which was also a 12-team league, the winning score was 106.5pts.
We did add one cat, which should be a +7 for all teams (on avg), but still, it's gonna take at least 135+pts to win this year.
Not as tight a league this year. (That's either a compliment to the top four of us... or something else.)

Yeah last year was tight but two years ago we had two clear leaders. Of course context is different but still anything can happen year on year. Usually we can count on you, temek and Shoeless (even though it appears to be his first down year so far, by his standards) to be contenders most of the time. The rest of us have had varying degrees of success (check my history, it's all over the place), and where it all ends up tends to change yearly. At this time last year I was in a battle for last place, whereas this year I'm near the top.

There's still a lot of hockey to be played and there could be plenty of changes, including those currently in the middle making a push to join the leaders.

Hopefully I can do enough to still be in this position in a couple months' time.

As we're all playing with these adjusted settings for the first time, it would interesting to see how next year goes as well. But perhaps it'll still be down to some randomness, as sometimes it doesn't take much from being a contender to being a pretender year on year.

Easy two-step trade negotiation for us..
Muzzin can make up some nice category points in PIM/HIT with Hartnell.
My team (Bjoogeymen) is going full "PLUS" throttle post-ASG.
A few more token Oshie FOW will help fend off Hanzal & Getzel. (btw. It's the name... I told you... a clever name... the fantasy hockey gods reward that kind of thing!!!)

It's the point in the season where team's focus on single category leader-catching.
And I make no secret that I intend to reel Nazem's Lot in... in plus/minus.
We're coming for ya! (Even David Perron - who always plays well in those first 10 games with a new team. Then he'll get lazy and I'll cut his ass)
