This whole no waiver thing and 3WR format has me thinking. Let's assume you are ok w/long term value as a draft strategy, and not necessarily contending this year. I would not object to Dez Bryant at #1. You can easily get long term keeper backs like Gurley Gordon, Yeldon, and Hyde around the 4th round.
Most important thing is to pick a general strategy (win now or build for future wins) and stick to it. For example you want to avoid settling on long term value only to panic in round three because you don't have a RB and take Gore or Randle.
