Agreed, they both played hard. Hell, I picked the Sens to win the series. I'm already looking forward to next year, and watching Stone light it up.

They're always tough in a best of series, no matter their seeding. Strong gap game, and take away time and space like few teams can. Although the Rangers are doing a very good job of that this year.

This was a weird series. Ref’s lost control since game 1 and missed calls against both teams, then called weak ones against both teams. They let the rough stuff go after the play, but then it seemed like they flipped a coin on possible calls.

2 missed too-many-men calls in this game back to back, didn’t call the light boarding calls all game but get Lazar 30seconds left in a tie game, let almost every slash go, no goalie interference calls either way. They were fair that they missed calls on both sides, but still has to be frustrating playing not knowing what you’ll get away with.

Also, if the Canadiens win the cup, the engraving should just be, “Price, a bunch of randoms” because he’s really the only one that showed up in every game.

and the Habs aren't going to win four series by scoring two goals or less in three of the games either. Price was great in one of the games. Sens probably win if Anderson started all the games, looking back. Kudos for the win but this is not a great team and they won't be going to the Final. That's not my bias speaking, that's just the reality of the situation. They don't have enough offense to go on a deep run, and their top D are showing lots of cracks. I can see them beating Detroit who I think would be beaten by most teams.

Red Wings vs Habs will be less of a foregone conclusion - Detroit is an unusually tough lower-seeded team this year.
How could anyone say this was a foregone conclusion? And of course our 5-1 win was a fluke. Lol

True. Subban is in the second round, so he's the better defenceman.

    League champ in 2013, 2015, 2018, 2020 and 2022.

Top 8 forwards, 5 dmen and 2 goalies count.

We keep 15 players (any position) plus two rookies.

Ugh. Don't remind me. Usually such a steady dman, but he made a lot of unforced mistakes that series.

Posted this in the "awesome videos" section but I'd thought I'd post it here as well in case anyone (who would want to see it) misses it.
