Max Pacioretty has left Sunday's game with the Florida Panthers early after taking a rough spill following a Dmitry Kulikov check.
It was a normal enough check by Kulikov, but Pacioretty appeared to bang his head on the boards and had to be helped off the ice. He skated just 1:59 and did not contribute to the score sheet. We'll keep you updated on his condition.

Only hope I have is that he bounces back like he seems to do after ever major spill he takes. He's made of rubber.

    Fingers crossed....

I only saw the replay, but he didn't look too good when he was on his way to the bench. I'd be surprised if he didnt have a concussion.

I'd like to get Tyler Seguin's opinion on that.

The team is flying back home today (no rush - next game is Thursday). I expect we will know more today.

What a major blow to the Habs' playoffs if he is lost to them for even a series or two.

Absolutely - the team relies so much on its star players for offense.

Agreed. They might be able to get by without him for 1 series if they can manage to win quickly, but they can't go far without him.

To date, he has scored just a tad over 17% of their goals. Not to mention that the team is middle of the pack in the conference in goals for. So yes, a lengthy absence could spell trouble.
Hockey Pools? Too many to mention. Points only, salary cap and dynasty.
