What is he worth? Hmm....it really depends on what sort of league you're in.

In the one league that I own him, he's ranked only #147 as per Fantasy Hockey Geek....I expected him to be ranked much higher, but the numbers don't lie.

We use G, A, +/-, PIM, PPP, Hits.

He's a great player, but just as a friendly reminder make sure of your league settings before buying into him at a top dollar rate. I got him off waivers, so obviously you don't turn down that price, but you have to be careful.

    Fantrax 18-Team Dynasty, H2H (4C, 8W, 6D, 1G), 25/30
    Unlimited call-ups = 134 gms
    G, A, GWG, PPP, SHP, SOG, H+B, FOW, W, GAA, S, SV%

    C: Stamkos, Stepan, Little, T.J.
W: Kessel, MaGranlund, Simmonds, Landeskog, Hall, Lucic, B.Ritchie, Burakovsky
D: Gogo, Keith, Leddy, Dumba, Barrie, Forbert,
    G: Rask/Anderson/Mason
    B: Filppula/Hartman/Vrbata/Clendening

Farm: Chartier, Forsbacka Karlsson, Bowers, Chmelevski, Geekie, Gourde, AMorand, MShaw, Haapala, Merkley, Katchouk, Korshkov, Kovacs, Shinkaruk, Lindblom, O'Regan, Bear, Bengtsson, Jokiharju, Kylington, Paigin, Grzelcyk, Stanley, Vaakanainen, Koekkoek, Walman, Fitzpatrick, Berube, Pickard, Zhukov

    52nd from Dec 9.
    38th from Jan 1.

That's really great, obviously, and I guess it depends on how many keepers your'e allowed in your respective league. Limited keeper (2 or 3 vs 10) vs dynasty would be a big difference in value. Worthy of consideration for sure.

I'm not sure why I hadn't punched in since Jan 1....for a fantasy vet, that's a rookie mistake on my part.

Would any of you trade Ehlers & Nylander for Stone & 20th overall 2015 prospect pick in a standard multi-cat?

Stone > Ehlers or Nylander > 20th overall prospect pick

This sounds like a fairly even deal. With Stone being the only somewhat known quantity out of the bunch, it would depend on your team's situation. If you're in a position to win it all next season, then go for it. But if you're rebuilding, then no.

Ehlers AND Nylander? I would pass. Stone has had injury issues throughout his career.... I like him but those are two elite prospects for a guy with some big question marks. One of the two, I would consider it. But both, no.
    20 Team Dynasty (points per) - G (25, 50 for defense) A (25) PIM (3) PPP (15) SHP (25) OTG (15) GWG (25) HTr (50) SOW (75) HIT (1) BLK (2) W (50) SHO (100) OTL (10) GA (-15) SV (2) Use actual NHL salary

F: Kucherov, Marchand, Barkov, Gaudreau, Laine, Aho, Dubois, Dadonov, Huberdeau, Trocheck, Bertuzzi, Beauvillier, Khaira, Grigorenko

D: Ekman-Larsson, Yandle, Edler, Pulock, Borowiecki, Weegar, Mike Reilly

    G: Andersen, Hart

It will be interesting to see how he reacts to the rest of the NHL adjusting to him as an actual threat now. I wouldn't be willing to go all in on this kid until I see another strong season. Might mean I miss out on him, but that's the way I run my team. I'd treat him as a 60 point guy and pay that price for him, but I wouldn't want to go any higher at this point.

Namely the three or four years in a row he missed significant time to injury.

That was really only his draft year and last season at the end.

The other guys have more question marks IMO considering they aren't even NHLers yet
