Steen - OUCH!

Alexander Steen (lower body) hasn't been ruled out for Thursday.
However, based on Wednesday's practice it doesn't look like he's going to play. St. Louis is expected to use the lines that were on the ice for the session and Steen wasn't part of the combinations.

I'm hanging onto him as he still has two games at the end of this week. Crossing my fingers he returns soon. Between him, Geno, and Kes, my H2H finals has been much tighter than I've been hoping for.

Alexander Steen (lower body) won't return on Thursday.
It will be Steen's second straight game on the sidelines. He has 24 goals and 62 points in 73 contests in 2014-15.

^ Well, that was stupid…
4 game week- you think they could let us know it's more than a minor injury and say he'll be gone a while… I could've handled a Mark Stone replacement for one week.

Had to try- Steen has surprised me by replicating his output from last year's breakout, and could potentially be a keeper for many of the teams in my 10-team league (maybe even mine if I decide to trade Yandle or Hall and land a big return).

This last week is always tough......injuries are so hard to manage/gamble. As soon as teams clinch and/or get eliminated, all of a sudden guys who have been hurt get sat down.....
