    Default Karlsson Perron trade

    Karlsson and Perron or kunitz
    for
    Steen and Josi

Karlsson is a max contract and I can't keep him for next year. Perron is a zero and Kunitz a 2 meaning he has 1 year left before drop city.
Steen is a 2 as well and Josi is a 0 so he can be kept for 3 yrs.

Should I trade karlsson for these guys or is it not enough?

Since you can't hold onto Karlsson, Josi is a good return. Hold onto Perron and move Kunitz.

It really depends on if you're competing this year or not. If you're in the thick of the race, I'd take the hit and keep Karlsson. If you're out of it, the deal makes sense for you and I doubt you will get a better offer. I would deal Kunitz before Perron.

So Josi is an attractive keeper? My bottom 4 keepers right now are between the following:
Byfulgien, Kucherov, both contract 0....and then Bishop contract 1, yandle contract 2 and then if Dubnyk keeps it up I just might keep him!
Little concerned with Bishop since he seems to rest a lot now for the young rookie. Yandle has been garbage this year and will expire next year so I think big daddy buff jumps infront of him.

Josi and Steen....I'm not even sure I'd keep steen....as he would expire next year.

Tough one, but I tell you its VERY hard to trade in my pool for now.
