I have this kid on my 5 player prospect roster, but I'm torn whether to keep him or not. He has in the past been ranked among the best prospects in baseball and the past 2 season has fallen like a rock.

Is he still worth a spot on my roster?

Would you be replacing him with someone? If you are, then yes, go ahead and drop him.

Agreed. With 16 teams that means 80 prospects are taken in your league. i would not put him in a list of the top 80 prospects.
