    2: goaltending could use a boost as well. However I have pretty much decided to run with Rask and Lundy and spot start the odd good waiver pick up option like Mrazek. (I moved Elliott and Shattenkirk with Giroux to acquire Crosby. The move weakened my d points and goal tending, but it was a one time opportunity to get Crosby.

    Not really. If Stewart gets dealt you hope he produces like those two should the rest of the way. Only leaves you with downside if he doesn't click.

    With this weekend's loss to NJ, has the door finally closed on Stalock's shot at a starting gig (or even a heavily relied upon back up)? I've been holding him all season on the hopes that I had a new starting goalie I could trade in the offseason, but I'm feeling like that ship has sailed, and I'd be better off streaming his spot (with guys like Greiss, Raanta, Pickard, Lack, Orito).

    I think that the problem has more to do with the Sharks simply not being all that consistent but I'd snag Ortio as the best candidate to snag a starting job.

    With this team I'm only 9-6 and in 3rd place due to some incredible bad luck (1st in fantasy points for me and against me).

    I'm without a doubt the best team in the league and I'm thinking over the playoffs. I want to make a run at Benn and Johansen because of their schedule.

    1) Should I offer Neal and Gaborik/Schenn/Schiefele for Benn/Johansen?
    2) On a smaller scale, would you move Gaborik and Schenn for Hossa & Perron ?
    3) Any other idea I should pursue?

    What are the odds Slava Voynov ever plays in the NHL again? Is it even as good as 50/50?

    Even if he does return, has he lost his spot next to Doughty to Muzzin, or should he be able to claim that spot back?

    I'm trying to make a charge at the title - do you think this trade gets me anywhere (assuming he's even willing to make the deal)? Context - I'm first in A, Pts and PIMs, 2nd in G, and struggling in +/-, S% and GAA. Do you see any point in making an offer such as the following? It's the +/- that worries me in this transaction even if it helps me in points.

    That's beyond my realm of expertise.

    If he does return, I think he's lost the power play spot but he'd gotten so good he was driving his own defense pairing.

    In a points only Pool where we keep 2 players. Our league is a little different. We draft 12 players..But If we choose to keep a player we forfeit the draft pick of the round in which he was drafted

    So for the next 2 years after this season I get to keep these players

    Ovie - 1st round pick
    Voracek - 4th Round Pick
    Johansen - 11th round Pick
    Hornqvist - 12 th round pick
    Stepan - 12th round pick

    I can only keep 2 so I am leaning towards Value..Stepan can be a 75 pt player next season and getting him for a 12th rounder is awesome. I likely not gonna keep Ovie as most teams will keep thier 1st round pick so I'll likely end up with Ovie again next season. So my question is should I stick with Stepan and Johansen or Keep Voracek and one of the above as he is very valuable as well at 4th round

    Definitely wouldn't keep Ovechkin. I think that Johansen and Stepan are your two keepers. 70-point guys in the last two rounds. Voracek is tempting considering he's leading the league but I think he slips and don't value him enormously over either Stepan or Johansen.

    But you've got lots of time to get more information before making a final choice.
