I think it's close in terms of points so given that Z has injury concerns and is more expensive I'd stick with Marleau.

I would go with Z, he is having a good season and you have the cap space. Think he is in a better situation than Marleau.

With points only I'd probably keep marleau and his contract drops a bit the next two year if that matters.
If you could guarantee me that Zetterberg will not have an injury for the rest of the season, I'd go for him...but since you can't, I'd keep Marleau

Close but Marleau is the safer bet IMO
Zett gets put down on these forums (relative to how he should be viewed) so I'll throw the other side and say Zetterberg is the pick for me.
Reasons:
1) Zetterberg has the edge in points.
- Marleau's last 4 years saw him do the following paces: 73 pts, 64 pts, 53 pts, 70 pts
- Zetterberg's last 4 yrs saw him do the following paces: 82 pts, 69 pts, 86 pts, 87 pts.
(but yes, one was a lockout shortened year and last year was a shorter season for Zett, but still, the difference is significant)
2) I don't see the injury risk for Zetterberg. Other than last year, he's been pretty consistently healthy. The surgery was apparently low-risk with a high success rate, and Zetterberg said before the season even began that his back has never felt better. Does he have higher injury risk than Marleau? Yes. Is he a bandaid or is it probable he will have a back issue again? Unlikely.
I'm taking the upside and rolling with Z. Not to mention if it's a daily start league Zetterberg gets way more off-night games.
