    I just traded Kucherov and Eberle for E.Karlsson and Hartnell in a weekly starts 3pt/g, 2pt/a, 1pt/ppp, 0.2pts/PIM 16 team keep 2 league.

    Same league someone traded Ekblad for Simmonds.

    I used to be, but I'm a passive investor now. I don't think so much of myself to believe that I can consistently beat the index over time when the data shows that even the professionals don't.

    If you can't beat the index then why trade instead of just owning the index? The research shows that hedge funds, which have access to every strategy out there (shorts, options, derivatives, etc) underperformed just owning the index over a long time line. You might beat it in the short term, but over time you'll erode the gain with losses.

    I was hoping you would reply because this was a subject I was interested in.

    Do you still feel that shortening stocks penny stocks in particular (.05-$10) could be beaten over time and the losses will take over the gains?
