Grab players that play on off-nights if you want to use this strategy. No point if all your guys play on Tues/Thurs and you're stuck benching 1 or 2 of them anyways.
I thought it might be a bit lower. But yeah, as long as you understand my perspective. The choice is yours, obviously, but sometimes you need to focus more on the numbers and less on the names. As for D, Seabrook seems to me the type of guy who is consistently valuable in your format. I don't know his numbers week to week, but he has a balance that more often than not you can rely on.
