I've been offered two trades. What's everyone think of them?

1rst
Burns for Brodie, Krecji

2nd
Callahan for Ward

Though I think you need a goalie I think your setting up to be burnt if that goalie is Ward

that first for Burns is a nice offer if you believe in Brodie.. I'd drop Harding and put Sharp on IR to take up the slot..

I wish I could put him on ir but the hawks haven't put him there yet. At least he's not in yahoo leagues. I do believe in Brodie. Still tho unsure of Krecji injury. The owner of Ward also has Halak and Miller. Counter or look somewhere else?

if you can't IR anyone then I don't like either deal because it forces you to drop someone of semi-equal value to what you're getting, bad deal for you

Halak would be my preference

id also try and make a trade to open the slot... A hot Zuccarello would be my preference again

No I mean a 2 for 1 like you had but would open the slot with another trade and not dropping someone

I wouldn't do either deal. I don't think Ward is an improvement over who you have and there's no point acquiring someone just to leave him on your bench. If you can pull of Halak for Zuccs straight up I'd do it but I doubt that goes through.

Ya true jimmymac. That Brodie deal is intriguing to me. Half thought about dropping koivu if I accepted it. Not sure tho.
