Stepan is a big upgrade over Toffoli now that he's healthy so yes make that swap.
You can try and get something for Toffoli but I'd hate to lose out on Stepan while doing so. I'd make that move without hesitation.

i shopped toffoli for a while a couple weeks ago.. best I could get back was toffoli for nelson straight up

I don't think people are as high on Toffoli as when he first got started. Other lines in LA are taking a more prominent role.

good move...I like Toffoli and would have thought he'd still have some value in most leagues, but you don't want to waste time with Stepan sitting there on waivers. He has gotten a point in every game since his return and he has looked very good. He wouldn't have sat on waivers for very long.
