I will scratch your back now, and give you my two cents...
I don't think it will be enough for Neal who hasn't been as "bad" as some predicted he would be playing for the Preds. I don't think you are very far off, but it just isn't there yet.
Currently transitioning my team and I have offered Atkinson and Marchand for Neal
scoring is as follows -
G A +/- PIM SOG GWG PPP SHP HT Hit ShG
any advice welcome

I think I'm struggling to gauge Neil as I still see him as a 60-65 point guys whilst I think Marchand can achieve it and Atkinson is a 50 point guy so I think I am offering a 50 point player just to swap two 60 pointers so maybe that is where I am doubting myself...
Personally I agree with Bottlenecker. I actually do NOT see Marchand as a significant 60-65 point guy as you suggest (do agree that Neal is) and Atkinson is a 50 point player no doubt. But as the owner of Neal, I feel I'd be watering down my assets by taking your 2 lesser assets for my 1 better asset.
In my experience, the GM acquiring the BETTER asset in a 2 for 1 almost always benefits.
