Weber is insanely valuable in your league, probably 2nd to Ovechkin (fhg wise).
I would try to get him to include an upgrade somewhere, but I would do it either way.

I would take Weber for Hornqvist. I don't feel as though your D is as strong as you seem to, and Weber is really a top-3 defenseman. Going forward you keep Weber and Nyquist, drop EJ or Phaneuf.

Weber for me.
In category play, people always have to wrap their heads around the fact that a category is a category.
Among skaters, perhaps the following are benchmarks worth of a "category score of 10/10"
Goals: 50
Assists: 50
SOG: 300
Hits: 200
Blocks: 150
Here, if Hornqvist puts up 40G/40A/240SOG/60 HIT/15 BLK... he's worth 8 + 8 + 8 + 3 + 1 = 28/50.
Here, if Weber puts up 18G/30A/240SOG/160 HIT/150 BLK... he's worth 3 + 6 + 8 + 8 + 10 = 35/50.
I like Hornqvist... but I think his best value lies in pools that also count +/- and PPP... where he'll be gold.
In this format, I'd love me some Shea "All-Cats" Weber.
P7, I think your projection for Hornqvist's SOG is too low. He is on pace for over 350 SOG at this point and I expect him to get there based on his shot totals in Nashville playing on a defensive-minded team.
For the OP, this is a very difficult question. IF you did this deal no one could blame you, Weber is a stallion. I just think you should look into some other trade options that don't involve moving Horny for a D before you commit to this particular deal.
Too low? He's also on pace with 114 points and 57 goals. Give me a pessimestic/realistic value over hyperflated one.
With that being said, I would try to move another guy along that carries a big name to make for the lack Hornqvist brings and make a 2vs2. (Ex: hossa hornqvist vs wheeler weber)
