Harding Officially on Yahoo IR

Just wanted to let all you YAHOO poolies know that Harding is now officially on IR. He was inactive for the longest time therefore being useless on active rosters... but I just noticed this morning he is listed on IR! So go snag him and stash if you haven't already

PS: Not sure how long ago he was moved to IR on yahoo but couldn't have been more than a day or 2...

I'm getting a little worried myself. He started off the year hot but has been a little shaky lately. If Harding comes in and plays well he'll own the net for a while, at least until he's injured again.

You guys are all badly overestimating Harding at this point. He hasn't played a game in almost a year. I suppose you could stash him if you have extra IR space but I would not expect him to seriously challenge Kuemper. I think Harding could be left in the minors to play out this final year of his deal if he clears waivers.

If you consider his stats last season, it would be foolish to underestimate him. Yes he's made of glass, but he's a damn good goalie

I am not underestimating his talent. He was great for about 6 weeks. I am being realistic about his health, the organization's attitude about him, and his opportunity to get meaningful playing time. Harding could honestly use a nice long stretch in the minors just to prove he can stay healthy and gain some trust.

He'd be a guy to target if you own Kuemper as a handcuff. Otherwise I don't see him being too valuable to the rest of the league.

I'd be cautious here. I think as a Kuemper owner myself, stashing Harding on IR is not a bad idea. Kuemper hasn't played all that well of late and Backstrom has been pretty bad. If they keep losing games after only giving up 20 shots, they might look at Harding. If you can spare a roster player to grab him and stash him, I say good idea. I wouldn't be looking to add him if I don't already have Kuemper though.
