Dynasty League Trade Thoughts: Turris for Oshie + Ehlers

For the team in my signature, I just traded away:

Kyle Turris (C)

for

T.J. Oshie (C/RW) and Nikolaj Ehlers (LW)


I know T.J. is out with a concussion, and he wasn't doing all that great to start this season, but I feel he will come around eventually. With that said, I loved Kyle Turris, but the addition of Nikolaj Ehlers really put the deal over the top for me. Did I make the right move?

We keep 17 players and 5 prospects (under 100 GP for skaters/ 50 GP for goalies) and we use a C, C, C, LW, LW, LW, RW, RW, RW, D, D, D, D, UTIL, G, G, BE, BE, BE , BE roster setup.

Deal should work for both parties. Ehlers is going to be a player. May be best player in deal 4-5 yrs from now

I hope that's the case. I didn't think the dropoff between Oshie and Turris was all that much. Getting Ehlers was the real prize, IMO.
