Welker and Stacy for Cobb and Thomas

My RB's are garbage so I'm trying to make a trade. After inquiring about Stacy (STL) I was given the offer in the title.

Here is my Roster:

QB (Start 1): Manning (DEN). Romo (DAL)
RB (Start 2): Martin (TB), Rainey (TB), Brown (SD), Thomas (NO)
WR (Start 2): Crabtree (SF), Cobb (GB), Benjamin (CAR), Floyd (ARI), Gordon (CLE)
TE (Start 1): Gronk

It is a standard league on nfl.com

Yep. Do it. Very nice deal for you, in my opinion.

You don't need Cobb with Crabtree, Benjamin and Floyd (and possibly Gordon, if you can hold out that long) waiting in the wings, not to mention Welker now coming on board. Stacy becomes your most bust-resistant RB on a weekly basis -- a surefire starter on your squad -- and has already gone through his bye week, which is a nice plus.
