Who to keep

Semi keeper multi cat league salary cap league. Our keeper list is due tonight. 23 players total, 9 slots for F, 6 for D and 1 for G. We keep 13 and redraft 10. I have a very strong group of forwards and will keep either 9 or 10 and either 3 or 4 Defence men. My draft will concentrate on D and I will need to redraft goalies which should not be a problem.

My question is do i keep Voynov at 3 million or a Kucherov(robber has him rated very high on his prospect list) cheap for 2 more years. I like Kucherov's potential all that I have read says he will be a very good offence forward and is only behind Droulin (hasn't played an NHL game yet) on Tampa's prospects. Do I play it safe and Keep Voynov who is just ok with our league scoring or take a risk and save salary for a better D or very possibly redraft Voynov with an with an early pick. What to do?

Forwards are OV,Tavares,Mackinnon,Couture,Spezza, Okposo,Turris,Palat,Strome, Defence are Pietroangelo, Trouba and Reilly,
Points. Goals=3,Assists=2,Plus/Minus= + or-1, Power play points=-1, Penalty Minutes=.2 and Shots=.1

I know I have to draft D but in a cap league that we keep 13 out of 23 players Kucherov is .762 for the next 2 years, Voynov 3,4.2 and 4.4. I have appox 23 million to spend on 10 players 3 goalies out of the 10 will cost me approx 8.5. Voynov is replacable but he is still valuable. With that said i'm leaning toward Kucherov
