Markov may out point Gardiner slightly this year or even next but I wouldn't be surprised to see Gardiner surpass Markov in production in the next couple of seasons. I understand the value of goaltending in a deep league but Griess doesn't do it for me enough to give away Gardiners future.

I was thinking that as well. Gardiner probably doesn't lose more than 10-15 points this year to Markov. Is Spooner too good to give up for Greiss? Not sure if going to 4 goalies is worth it but if anything happens to Fleury, Greiss becomes very valuable.Originally Posted by rainydrinkwater

I'm a habs fan, and I am confident in saying Gardiner will outpoint Markov this year.
