I like this trade, especially in a limited keeper. Tavares replaces Duchene in your keepers. Eberle will then be replaced by a Ryan or Voracek (I feel that one of these would have been dropped considering the 10-man limit). Therefore from a keeper perspective, it looks like Tavares and Voracek for Duchene and Eberle.
For this year, you hurt your output a bit, but I think it's worth it as early as next year.

JT is the best player in the deal. We don't know what Eberle will be eventually, star or superstar.
I like this trade for you in a limited keeper, although it's close. Jokiness could be within 5-10 pts of Eberle this year and Duchene hasn't hit that next yet. Might be sideways this year, but good for your keepers.

Rarely are you wrong when you get the best player in the deal unless you have a salary cap or are getting killed in a category like Hits and your superstar doesn't add anything to it. Otherwise, you win just about every time.
