Definitely Tate, who is a solid RB2 in most leagues. Sproles, on the other hand, is a desperation flex option / bye-week fill in. Tate is a legitimate starter.

Hold on guys. Just to be clear, the OP is talking about Golden Tate, not Ben Tate.
But it's still a no-brainer in a PPR in my opinion. Golden Tate is the way to go.
