I would go with Kane. From everything I heard during the draft Cherepanov going so late had a lot to do with lack of effort etc... and not so much with the transfer agreement with Russia.
That\'s a tough one. Never having seen Kane perform against NHL- or even AHL-caliber competition, I have difficulty putting a timeframe on his success. But he will be successful, I have no doubt. I believe that he will surpass Cherapanov, but it may be that Cherapanov\'s 2008-09 season will be higher scoring than Kane\'s.
