The article is super funny. I hate people that ruin mocks and I still laughed. But the actual practice of doing it is frustrating and annoying as hell.

    So, true.
    The 'bots!
LOL. Yeah... there's a 'bot in at least 9 of 10 drafts.
That reminds me - we really have try to set up a few mocks by setting some times in threads on these forums so that we can get a full group... once Yahoo! opens.

Amazing how unpopular fantasy hockey is.
What - do we maybe have 5% participation of football? 1%?

I can't even imagine how many fantasy football chat forums there might be!!!

I'm curious haha. I've never bothered to find one. I don't consider my fantasy football knowledge better than the rest, but for the people I play against I feel its more than sufficient. I use rankings for FF and follow the mainstays (Evan Silva, Adam Levitan, Matthew Berry, Dave Richards, Jamey Eisenberg), but past that I do very little prep for fantasy football (far less than I do for hockey) and have a much higher football win %. I actually love football and follow it closely, all offseason, just don't do a ton of fantasy football specific prep.

I have been on the giving and receiving end of this in yahoo fantasy hockey mock drafts if I am being honest!

Sometimes there is nothing better than watching 12 other people absolutely freak out when you select Joel Ward or Paul Bissonette 1st overall lol

It is a mock draft, by taking bad players high up you are both drafting AND mocking. I'd say it more closely follows the instructions implied by the name 'mock draft'
