wow what great advice what a good deal!
I would do this deal if you could. Fleury traditionally puts up decent regular season numbers. I also think he stays in Pittsburgh, so could be a good time to get him with that uncertainty out there. Getting Mac in the same deal... based on some other 'acquiring Mac' threads on here and the perceived value needed to trade for him, could be a heck of a deal if you can pull it off.

2013/2014 League Champion
Just got an update.
He wants my first overall pick this year which I was planning to get Parise with ><
He'll be trading me two 2nd rounders this year in return.
Should I pull the trigger?

If this was offered to you... The quit wasting time and hit accept. However...if your thinking of offering this...hmmm good luck.
First, follow this advice^^^. Get the offer actually on the table. Talk is cheap.
Second, Dubinsky is not a keeper. If you don't do the deal, keep Bob or Loui. Dubinsky is easily redraftable.
Finally, if this deal is actually on the table, do it. The first for two seconds will even out. It's a pick downgrade combined with a huge pick upgrade (1st down to 14th? And then 121 up to 17th? that's an alright swap). Mackinnon and Fleury is a win over lundqvist and Dubinsky, look at it that way because that's how it actually shakes out.
Looking over your other threads, it looks like the draft talent is quite deep so you win on this deal. There will be lots of good players to fill in with your three second rounders. Especially this year because Mac and Seguin should still have wing eligibility. Drafting centers shouldn't be to difficult.

I'm not fan of Fleury but as long as he is on Pittsburgh he's a great option, that seems like a pretty even deal
14 team H2H fantasy points league
G=3 A=2 PPP=1.5 PIM/Hits/BS=0.25
W=4 SO=6 GA=-1.25 SV=0.15
Agree with Bob as well.
Take the deal.
It will save you tremendous cap space and allow to pick up some Weber salaries again this year and next.
Keep 5 and 10 teams leaves a lot of good players.
Points only pool - H2H - Dress 11/week - 2 at every forward position(RW, LW, C), 4 D, 1G
Goalie Points = 2/win, 1/overtime loss, 3 more/shutout (They typically make up most of the top 10 point getters every year in our league)
24 teams but 2 of every player (2 Crosbys, 2 Rasks, etc.) so treat it like a 12 team.
PROTECT 11 (max. roster size is 25)
LW - Benn, Pacioretty, Henrique, Abdelkader, Pulkkinen
C - Tavares, Backstrom, Johansen
RW - Giroux, Wheeler, Donskoi, Pomminville, Silvferberg
D - Josi, Karlsson, Burns, Seabrook, Reilly, Gardiner,
G - Jones, Rinne, Miller
Hey- Im a little late to this party- lol! I think I would make this trade as well. MacKinnon is just plain worth it- and Lundy is starting to get up there in age- although hes still a great core keeper at this point.
One caveat though. I imagine the reason hes dumping Flower is the same reason I did. Hes UFA this year and there is a very strong probability that he will part ways with the Pens. He has been a question mark at times (which he kind of vindicated with these years playoffs)- but those questions still linger. On top of that he has had a pretty sour relationship with media there- with fans calling for a trade at multiple times in his career. Lastly his numbers, while solid in the win cat- are pretty unremarkable on a powerhouse team. I think a change of scenery is "likely" at this point.
So in Fleury you're kind of left with a hot potato so to speak. Hes gonna have a great season this year- no question- but by the time fantasy owners start seeing the writing on the wall its gonna be exponentially harder to move him for value. This could be moot if he does manage to have a superb season and re-signs- or if he ends up somewhere like Minny/STL. This is just my opinion of course- but I think Fleury is one of those guys whose gonna crash hard when it starts to happen.
I think you made the right trade regardless- just something to consider. If you can get another owner interested in a deal centered around a goalie swap in the season- Id look into that. You say you draft early this year- I might burn a pick earlier than normal on a young goalie with upside- hope for a seamless keeper transition.
I really thank you for your opinions guys - it really helps me look at things from a different perspective
So then I would be giving Lundy + 1st overall pick this year, for Mackinnon and Fleury + two 2nd rounders (I think one of them is an early 2nd too!)
Feels like quantity for quality trade, but I guess I'll have to believe that Mackinnon is the real quality here.
Hopefully Parise would fall to me in the second round...?
I guess it would work out, especially since I have a pile of third, fourth and fifth round picks sitting pretty.

Restating this opinion, I would offer Lundqvist for Mackinnon straight up and see if he takes that, then keep
Benn-Seguin-Kessel-Mack-Bob
Don't give up a first rounder to get a goalie you don't need.
