Currently I am getting an email per reply, which is too much, which mode do you recommend? Daily?

Gotcha. I rarely subscribe to threads so I am not sure if there's another option when it comes to replies.

I don't recommend any email subscriptions unless you really want that. I simply have it setup as "through my control panel only" (which is the settings link in the top right corner). That way you can simply click on settings and see the most recent activity on threads that you have started, replied in or subscribed to.
to change those settings go to "settings" in top right corner and then click on "general settings" on the left hand bar and then toggle the drop down menu besides "default thread subscription mode"

I only subscribe to a few threads, but I don't get emails. I just go in my settings to get to them, just like wendelclark17 does.
