With a QB only getting 4 pts per TD, I would agree with Roddy as the last keeper. That's definitely the difference and I like the suggestion of Matt Ryan as a sleeper as well.

With Matt Ryan you'd certainly be consolidating in that ATL passing offense, which could be a good thing as others have suggested. I like Matt Ryan to have a good season, actually, I just think Romo is going to be a top5 fantasy QB this year.

Romo is just more risk. Especially at his age and coming off back surgery. I like both Romo and Ryan. I like Ryan's receiving options a bit better.
