I can't get over Merryweather. His stuff is NASTY.

I've been part of the few people who have been pretty happy with the new regime in Atkins and the other guy. They've turned an aging Donaldson, Bautista, and Edwin and sputtering pitchers in Sanchez and Stroman into the nasty core this group has.

Ya, thats the first thing I said to my wife. Look at the crowd and barely a mask to be seen. Yikes! Nice start for Matz. He looked really good out there. Nice to see Dolis get some solid ground under his feet. I thought it was silly to have Romano up and throwing in five run lead game. If you really are worried about him, maybe don't over use him. There's other arms down there they could get up if they were really worried about Dolis' ability to finish that game.

Springer is back Thursday it sounds like. Which is the start of the LAA series.

Pitching has carried them a bit, but that offense seems to just be stretching their legs, and Springer isn't even in the lineup.

I wish I bet on him for MVP. If he's healthy...man, how can you argue against a man pitching every 6th day getting wins, and a man batting? His WAR could be insane.
